We operate exclusively online to offer competitive pricing and a seamless shopping experience. However, we provide detailed images, videos, and expert support to help you choose the perfect product.

4. Can I customise my sofa?
Yes! Many of our sofas come with multiple upholstery options, including Lamb Fur, Velvet, Tech Fabric, Microfiber Leather, and Genuine Leather. Some on the other hand come as we offer them. 

5. How do I care for my sofa?

  • Fabric sofas: Vacuum regularly and spot-clean with a mild detergent.
  • Leather sofas: Use a leather conditioner every few months to maintain softness and prevent cracks.
  • Lamb Fur Sofa Care: Gently brush regularly to prevent matting and vacuum on a low setting. Spot clean with a wool-safe detergent and keep away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Velvet Sofa Care: Use a velvet brush or soft cloth to maintain its texture. Dab spills immediately, vacuum gently, and use a steamer to restore the fabric’s nap if needed.

6. Do your sofas come assembled?
Most of our sofas require minimal assembly, such as attaching legs or connecting modular sections.

7. What is the estimated delivery time?
Luxury sofas typically arrive within 4-6 weeks, depending on the upholstery and customisation options.

8. How long do the Sofas take to make? Each sofa we make handcrafted and takes around 15-18 days from your order. 

9. What is the Warranty on your sofas? Our sofas come with a 1 year Warranty

10.Are your sofas pet-friendly? Yes, we offer durable, scratch-resistant materials like Tech Fabric and Microfiber Leather, which are easier to clean and maintain in pet-friendly homes.

11. Can I customise the fabric or colour of my sofa? Yes, we offer a range of premium fabrics and colours to suit your personal style with some sofas. Although on the site some may be one fabric and colour. Contact us for customisation options and we will try our best to help

12. Are your sofas modular or adjustable? Some of our collections include modular designs, allowing you to rearrange or expand your sofa as needed.

13. How do I know if a sofa will fit in my space? We recommend measuring your space carefully and checking our detailed product dimensions before purchasing.

1. What is a space capsule house?
Our space capsule houses are modular, prefabricated units designed for modern living, glamping, or luxury retreats. They feature smart technology, high-end materials, and innovative designs.

2. How is the space capsule house delivered?
Depending on the model they are shipped in pre-assembled sections or un-assembled sections and requires on-site installation. We provide all necessary instructions and support.

3. Do I need planning permission?
Regulations vary based on location. We recommend checking with your local authorities before purchase.

4. What are the power and plumbing requirements?
Each unit comes with a fully integrated plumbing and electrical system. It can be connected to existing utilities or customized for off-grid solutions.
