Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, UK and Europe. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For US & Canada orders, please allow 5–6 weeks for delivery.

For UK & Europe orders, delivery may take up to 10 weeks, depending on design complexity and production timelines.

We’ll keep you informed throughout the process with regular updates, so you can track progress and prepare for arrival. Every piece is crafted with care and precision—because quality takes time, and we promise it’s worth the wait.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

While we accept returns on select standard products, custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a verified defect or damage.

If you believe your item has arrived with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. Our team will assess the issue and assist you with the next steps.
