Returns & Exchange Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature and high shipping costs of our luxury sofas, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production and shipping processes begin, and cancellations may not be possible.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
- Custom and made-to-order sofas are non-refundable.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or firmness are not considered defects.
5. Freight & Handling Costs
In cases where a return is approved (such as severe defects), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the size and weight of the sofas.
